![]() Services - Relationship CounsellingWe provide a confidential service for people experiencing difficulties in their relationships. Counselling is available to couples or to individuals.
How can Counselling help you?Your counsellor will help you to identify, acknowledge and understand the nature of your difficulties and problems. We can help you to explore how these difficulties affect you as well as looking at more specific problems such as:
The Counsellor's aim is to help you feel more in control of your life and to approach it in a fresh way which might bring about change. Is the service Confidential? All our staff understand the need for confidentiality. We take every possible step to ensure your difficulties and problems remain private. Who are the Counsellors? Our counsellors are carefully selected, men and women (who are supported by full time administrative staff). AppointmentsAll clients are seen by appointment. To arrange an appointment either contact the Dundee office (no matter which centre you wish to visit) or fill out our contact form and we'll get back to you. There is a short waiting list (View the waiting list FAQs) but we aim to offer appointments within two to three weeks. If, however, your availability is limited the waiting time may be longer. What about the cost? Our services are free, but as a charitable organisation we rely heavily on voluntary donations. To provide counselling, each session costs couple counselling Tayside £40 and we would welcome a contribution towards this cost. For your convenience we offer Switch and Visa facilities when making contributions. Please remember, however, counselling is available to everyone, whether or not you are able to make a contribution. |
